WALNUT

Usually by looking at the walnuts we think it’s too hard to bite and eat by looking at its appearance. But this hard shell is very soft to bite and is also very healthy. There are three types of walnuts. They are English, black and butter nuts. The benefit of walnut is it lowers the cholesterol and thus reduces the risk of cardiovascular problems, enhances blood flow, boosts your memory.

DARK CIRCLES

Why does this dark circle occur? Is it due to lack of sleep or allergies or whether it is a genetic disease??? Yes the dark circle occurs due to the above mentioned reasons and also due to fluid retention and thinning of skin. Dark circles may also be a sign of dehydration. The best way to get rid of this dark circle is to eat, drink and sleep well. Even one of the remedy for dark circle is we can apply cool cucumber pieces over closed eyes.

MY FAVOURITE MOVIE

I am not very fond of seeing films, but i never miss a good movie. The movie i liked a lot is "BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM ". Actually in that movie the heroine plays football well and she wants to become a football player. But she belongs to a traditional family where they never let girls go out and play. Instead they have to cook. The heroine is just the opposite. She loves to play football all time. Luckily she got into women's football team of her country. Her determination makes her the best and the team gets the world cup. The dialogs were very clear and we find seriousness in humor both side by side in the film.

MY VISIT TO SCHOOL....

Today i went to my school to meet principal for my personal work. Once my work got over i went to visit all my teachers. There i met a teacher. The interesting part of it is that this teacher is the one from whom I've got the maximum scoldings. But today surprisingly, he introduced me to all his students. He asked them to give a clap for me for my success in my career. I was very much embarrassed at the same time felt very happy. Even my teacher was very happy to see me. As i went around my school, i recollected all my past memories. My teacher finally requested me to judge over a competition that is scheduled next week. I felt really very proud to be a student of my school.

Lovely drive on ECR….

One warm evening myself n my close friend went for a drive in ECR road. The weather was so pleasant that we enjoyed the travel. W e both are very much interested in exploring places. On the way we found a place surrounded by mountains and in the middle there was a lake. The view was awesome. We both took a picture there. The lake water was very much clear that even the plants under the water were visible. Then later we spent some time chatting there and started back home. It was really a lovely outing.

CARNIVAL AT MY PLACE......

Hey friends, this is carnival time in my place. Every year, during august 1st week, we have a carnival here. It 'll have lots and lots of shops in it. Firstly there will be stalls of various construction companys. It will be followed by car selling stalls. Then we get cotton candies, popcorns and capsicum fry which are my favorites. there are stalls for pizzas, burgers and kfc too. There will be lot of shops for especially gals. It'll have earings, chains, bangles, key chains etc... i love to hang out with my friends there.

MY PENSTAND......

I've a pen stand which is made of ceramic.
It looks like a parrot holding a basket.
I got it as a gift for my birthday from my best friend last week as a token of love.
She gifted me this pen stand since i have a habit of collecting different varieties of pens.
